Article 1: admission

Only individuals or legal entities involved in the mobile sector are admitted as exhibitors. The organiser decides on each participation request.

Admission is personal and non-transferable: exhibitors may not assign, sublet or share all or part of their space without the organiser's written consent.

The location is confirmed by a deposit of 30% of the pro forma amount. All invoices must be paid 10 days before opening, i.e. by 17 January 2027 at the latest.

Article 2: general principles

Stand build-up starts 4 days before opening, on 23 January 2027. Displays must stay within the booked space.

Exhibitors undertake to staff their stand during opening hours, 10:00 to 18:00, until the show closes on 30 January 2027. Products on display must not be covered during opening hours.

Equipment may only be removed after closing. Exhibitors have 24 hours to dismantle; beyond that, a flat fee of DZD 30,000 excl. tax (USD 250 excl. tax) is charged per day of delay.

Article 3: safety rules

Fire: fire extinguishers and electrical boxes must remain visible and accessible at all times. Exhibitors strictly comply with the fire and panic safety rules in force at the Palais des Expositions.

Security: the organiser provides security outside opening hours. During opening hours, products and equipment are the exhibitor's responsibility.

Article 4: cancellation

In the event of cancellation, exhibitors may claim a refund of 50% of the amount paid if notice is received at least 3 months before the event, i.e. before 27 October 2026, and 30% if received at least 1 month before, i.e. before 27 December 2026. After that, no refund can be claimed.

Cancellation notice must be sent by email to exhibitors@algerianmobilesummit.tech.

Article 5: disputes

Any dispute is first settled amicably. Failing agreement, the courts of Algiers have sole jurisdiction.

Article 6: application of the rules

By signing the participation request, exhibitors accept these general rules and any updates without reservation.

Article 7: exhibitor insurance and liability

Exhibitors are liable for any damage caused by their staff, contractors, installations or products to people, other exhibitors and the premises of the Palais des Expositions.

They take out civil liability insurance covering their participation, as well as insurance for the goods on display, and provide the certificate on the organiser's request. [À VALIDER: required level of cover.]

Article 8: badges and access

The organiser provides each exhibitor with named badges for stand staff. [À COMPLÉTER: number of badges per stand size.] Badges are personal and must be worn visibly inside the show.

During build-up and dismantling, access to Hall A is reserved for exhibitors and their contractors wearing a badge. The organiser may refuse entry to anyone without a badge or whose behaviour endangers safety.

Article 9: rules for visitors

Entry is free with prior registration. Visitors show the access details received by email at the entrance. The show is open from 10:00 to 18:00, 27 to 30 January 2027.

Visitors respect exhibitors, staff, equipment and safety instructions. Minors remain under the responsibility of the adults accompanying them. Commercial canvassing is reserved for exhibitors, on their stand.

Image rights: photos and videos are taken during the show for event communication. Signs inform visitors at the entrance. Anyone who does not wish to appear can tell the team on site or write to exhibitors@algerianmobilesummit.tech.

Article 10: exhibitors' intellectual property

Exhibitors guarantee that they hold the rights to the products, trademarks, software, visuals and content they present, and bear sole responsibility for any third-party claim in this respect.

Exhibitors authorise the organiser to reproduce their name, logo and stand number in the official catalogue, on the website and in the show's communication.

Article 11: force majeure

If the show cannot take place, in whole or in part, due to force majeure or a decision by the authorities, the organiser may change its dates, hours or organisation. Exhibitors are informed by email. [À COMPLÉTER: postponement or refund terms.]

Article 12: changes to the rules

The organiser may supplement or amend these rules for the proper running of the show. Changes are sent to exhibitors by email and published on this page with their update date.
