Legal framework

Personal data collected on this website is processed in accordance with Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of individuals in the processing of personal data. The supervisory authority is the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP).

Data collected

Visitor registration: first name, last name, email, phone or WhatsApp, wilaya, organisation or school, profile, visit days, villages of interest, how you heard about the show, consents.

Exhibitor participation request: company, website, business activity, brands represented, contact person and job title, direct email, mobile or WhatsApp, tax ID (NIF), trade register (RC), package, floor space, preferred stands, products exhibited, village, catalogue options, message.

Startup application: startup name, founders, email, phone, wilaya, demo link, stage, sector, project description, “Startup” label, expectations.

Programme: email. Contact: name, email, subject, message.

For all forms: campaign parameters from the referring address (visit source). Blog administration: administrators' email and hashed password, session token. Reading the news requires no data.

Purposes

Managing registrations and access to the show; processing participation requests, issuing pro forma invoices and following exhibitor files; reviewing startup applications; answering messages; sending the programme and reminders if you asked for them; measuring the effectiveness of the show's communication.

Legal basis

Your consent, collected in each form, for visitors, startups, the programme and contact. Pre-contractual steps and then performance of the contract for exhibitors. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Recipients

Data is intended for the ORION team organising the show. It is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. An email service may be used to send access details and the programme: [À COMPLÉTER: provider name, if any]. Data is never sold or rented.

Retention period

Proposal: 24 months after the edition, i.e. until 30 January 2029, followed by deletion or anonymisation. [À VALIDER.] Exhibitors' accounting data is kept for the applicable legal period. Administration sessions expire after 12 hours.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and object, and the right to withdraw your consent. To exercise them, write to exhibitors@algerianmobilesummit.tech stating the form concerned. You may also refer the matter to the ANPDP.

Cookies and audience measurement

The website stores your display preference (light or dark theme) and your consent choice in your browser. This information never leaves your device.

If audience measurement is enabled, Google Analytics 4 is only loaded after you agree in a banner (“Accept” or “Decline”), with IP anonymisation and no advertising signals. If you decline, nothing is loaded.

Transfers outside Algeria

If you accept audience measurement, browsing data is sent to Google, which may process it outside Algeria. Location of the host's servers: [À COMPLÉTER].

Security

The website is served over HTTPS. Access to data is limited to the organising team, administration passwords are hashed and sessions are time-limited.

Updates

This policy may change, in particular when new tools are introduced. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
